Fill a pot with 1 inch of water (shallow) – mold should not float. Attach the matching silicone lid/top to the egg mold(filled with food contents) and place into pot using a spatula. Boil in a covered pot for 6 minutes, then pause to remove silicone lid/top from mold using tongs(REMOVE FROM HEAT) Stir each egg bite (half cooked) with a small spoon or butter knife. Cover pot and continue boiling for another 4 minutes with the silicone lid/top removed from egg mold. Remove hot mold with a spatula or tongs. Enjoy!
